Ted Fauss grew up in the small, central
New York town of Clark Mills and
played youth hockey and Clinton High School
Hockey. He went on to play
college hockey at Clarkson
University. Ted graduated
in 1983 and was signed by the
Montreal Canadiens. He
spent the next three years with
their AHL affiliates in Halifax,
Nova Scotia, and Sherbrooke,
Quebec. Fauss played for
Sherbrooke in 1985 when they won
the AHL's Calder Cup.
Ted signed with
the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs in
1986 and played the next two
seasons with the Leafs and the
AHL's Newmarket Saints. He
moved on the AHL's Binghampton
Whalers in 1988-89, when he
played 53 games and recorded 15
points. Fauss closed out
his career with the Utica
Bulldogs and the Utica Blizzard
of the Colonial Hockey League
form 1993 to 1995.
Ted is currently
an Assistant Coach for Hamilton
College Men's Team

the New York State
High School Hockey-
Hall of Fame, March
2007, for his
dedication to the
sport as a truly
great player who has
contributed
noteworthy service
to hockey. |
